VCreate is a disabled women-led, not for profit limited organisation that co-creates creative work across dance, the arts, culture, community and education to create high quality experiences.

With over 25 years of experience in the participatory arts and cultural sector, Vanessa Oxspring is a dynamic force in arts management and education. Her extensive career spans leadership roles with renowned dance companies and cultural organisations, including People Dancing, Gary Clarke Company, Dance4 (Fabric), Made in Corby, and Inspire: Culture, Learning and Libraries. Through her entrepreneurial spirit, Vanessa founded VCreate, where she leads innovative arts projects that push boundaries and inspire creativity with a focus on children and young people to reach their creative talent.
Currently, Vanessa is the Partnership Manager for Captivate - Nottinghamshire Cultural Education Partnership. In this role, she fosters collaboration and spearheads initiatives that enrich cultural education across Ashfield, Mansfield and Nottinghamshire. As a Freelance Project Manager including working with First Art (Creative People and Places Project) and a consultant for High Peak Cultural Education Partnership, Buxton Opera House, and the Buxton International Festival, Vanessa brings her expertise to a diverse range of artistic endeavours.
